BCGS has provided garden care and landscape maintenance to families throughout the Denver metro area for well over a decade. Our services include but are not limited to: Garden Bed & Leaf Clean Ups, Routine Garden Care & Landscape Maintenance, Plantings, Mulching & Composting of Beds, as well as Organic Food Crops Management.
Amy Bales and her husband/ business partner Clint moved to Denver from Kansas in 2000. After spending several years managing a local residential design/build firm, Amy decided to pursue her dream of self-employment which led to the start-up of Bales Custom Gardening Services in 2004. Initially providing customized gardening services to a small group of hand selected clients, with lots of hard work and an astute eye for detail Amy quickly grew the business. BCGS now employs an experienced team of garden professionals who share her love of plants and the great Colorado outdoors.
Amy is a Certified Colorado Gardener via Colorado State University’s Master Gardener Program and has a thorough working knowledge of Zone 5 plant material. Honored to be a multi-year recipient of ‘Excellence in Landscape’ awards for Use of Color by the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado (ALCC) and Container Design from Zone 4 Magazine, Amy’s work has been featured in several other Denver print publications as well.
BCGS is a proud multi-year recipient of Pinnacol Assurance’s ‘Circle of Safety’ Award for exemplary performance in safety-related issues.
